# Fayaz Notes

Avid Fayaz is the CEO of Infinite Ascent, a corporation dedicated to building self-improving autonomous systems.

Prior to Infinite Ascent, Avid worked as a research assistant in agentic coding and agentic applications of AI in education while studying computer science with a specialization in parallel computing. He was also the head of research at KTH AI Society, where he led teams working on the applications of AI in medical imaging.

Beyond work, he has an interest in economics, physics and astrophysics, philosophy, and classical music.
